at Brookfield Place.

Uniting the disciplines of placemaking, branding and marketing, we embarked on a place transition plan with Brookfield Properties and To Good Use delivered through branding, activation, marketing and arts to establish the Wynyard Food Hall, downstairs at Brookfield Place Sydney.

Studio Perspective, together with To Good Use and Brookfield Properties, created a bold new brand for the Wynyard Food Hall. Formerly known as the Hunter Connection Lower Concourse, Wynyard Food Hall is located downstairs at Brookfield Place Sydney, neighbouring Wynyard Station.

This centrally located food hall has had a renaissance, and with this new name came the opportunity for locals and visitors to eat their way around the world - with seven weeks of cheap eat promotions, workshops and exclusive tastings.

To complement the new brand and marketing program, we sought international artists, Craig Redman & Karl Mair, to collaborate on a bold geometric series of artworks aptly titled 'Patternova' for the premier staircase connecting Wynyard Station to George Street, the staircase leading down to Wynyard Food Hall, surrounding glass balustrades and the closure wall.

A proactive digital and event program has delivered boosts in engagement to web traffic, brand and place awareness.
