Revitalised office precinct immersed in nature. Oceana Property Partners purchased the Lane Cove West property in Sydney's North Shore in June 2022 and commenced revitalisation works to support current and prospective new tenants. Oceana Property Partners is investing heavily in Ternary to deliver best-in-category common areas and speculative suites that are designed to make an impression on clients and employees, in addition to the bottom line.

An established office building in Lane Cove West Business Park, Ternary is immersed in the natural green surrounds of Lane Cove National Park, just 15-minutes from Sydney's CBD.

Consisting of three diverse commercial and industrial products, the name Ternary literally translates to composed of three parts. We designed a flexible and dynamic brand identity to represent the diverse mix of office suites and logistics hubs. This was further enhanced through the introduction of secondary product terminology to better align the right product to the right client and improve wayfinding across the precinct. The product brands of Ternary are Ternary Tower, Ternary Edge and Ternary Logistics.

A simple, modern design aesthetic reflects the precincts newly undertaken upgrades. This modern creative approach feels seamlessly unifying with the precincts existing and established history. The strong and established tone of voice is achieved through the use of a dark colour palette, bold visual language and detailed architectural photography.
