Portside Wharf is a vibrant dining and lifestyle village on the waterfront in Hamilton, Brisbane. Studio Perspective together with To Good Use was engaged by Brookfield Properties to deliver an innovative retail leasing strategy and targeted marketing campaign for Portside Wharf to attract retailers that align with the precinct vision to establish their business in the precinct, as it undergoes a major transformation.

Following a detailed workshop, analysis and strategy, we created a highly targeted, first-to-market campaign for Queensland. Portside Wharf will partner with up to 23 new retailers, offering grants and incentives valued at $50,000 to $500,000* to establish in the precinct. The grants and incentives are being offered across five categories to businesses who share Portside Wharf’s transformative vision for the riverside village and want to be part of the phenomenal transformation earmarked for Hamilton in the lead up to the 2032 Brisbane Olympics. The grants and incentives are part of a $20 million* enhancement program reshaping Portside Wharf, with stage one works completed and stage two due to commence shortly.

From ideation to delivery, our team has worked closely with the development, leasing and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery and performance of the creative communications, media and advertising program. The campaign is currently underway with applications for round one closing on 19th April, 2024*.
