Studio Perspective was engaged by Cushman & Wakefield to deliver a suite of premium creative marketing assets for Accord Property Group for an international EOI campaign, including an Information Memorandum (IM), eDM, press advertising, and social media posts.
88 Laurens is a world-class commercial building within the burgeoning new Arden Renewal Precinct. Our team worked closely with Cushman & Wakefield to craft a compelling IM, highlighting the first-class amenities and quality of the building, value proposition, operations, projected net income, and the future of Arden.
Strategically designed to emphasise the investment benefits of 88 Laurens, the eDM was sent to Cushman & Wakefield’s database to launch the EOI campaign. Accompanied by a series of press advertisements for the Australian Financial Review and targeted LinkedIn posts to present the EOI campaign to market.
